Zimtix provides an online ticketing platform for events. We act as an intermediary between event organizers and customers.

2. Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

3. Ticket Purchases

• All ticket purchases are subject to event availability.
• Tickets are issued digitally via email.
• Each ticket contains a unique QR code for entry validation.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Paynow and supported gateways including EcoCash, Visa, Mastercard and others.

5. Event Responsibility

Zimtix is not responsible for event cancellations, changes, or quality of events. Event organizers are solely responsible.

6. Fraud & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures. However, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from unauthorized access, hacking, or cyber threats.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zimtix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
