Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

2. Event Cancellation

• If an event is cancelled, refunds will be processed by the event organizer.
• Zimtix will assist but is not liable for delays.

3. Event Changes

No refunds will be issued for changes in lineup, venue, or timing.

4. Duplicate or Fraudulent Tickets

Only tickets purchased through official Zimtix channels are valid.
